The 18" Core Line Flat Braided Cat O' Nine brings together the distinctive sensation of a multi-tailed whip and the refined handling of an EF Leather impact tool.
Unlike a conventional flogger, where numerous loose leather falls distribute sensation across a broad area, this Cat O' Nine features nine individually braided leather falls. Their structured construction produces a more defined, concentrated sensation, offering a noticeable contrast to softer, traditional floggers.
The Black and Jade Green kangaroo leather handle introduces a striking visual element, pairing intricate plaiting with a tool designed for deliberate, controlled impact.
Materials
At the heart of this piece are nine individually flat-braided leather falls, each measuring 18 inches in length.
The braided construction gives each fall additional structure and a distinctive response during impact. Finished with leaf-shaped ends, the nine falls create a combination of concentrated contact and pronounced sensation that sets this piece apart from conventional leather floggers.
The handle is handmade from fine kangaroo leather in Black and Jade Green, featuring EF Leather's traditional 12-plait construction.

Design
The 18" flat-braided falls are paired with an 8" kangaroo leather handle, providing a familiar, balanced profile with a markedly different impact character.
The handle features an Irregular Herringbone pattern, where contrasting Black and Jade Green strands form a shifting arrangement of color and texture. The pattern introduces visual complexity without distracting from the clean lines of the handle.
